Questions parents ask first
Is QuranicKids free?
Yes. Every lesson, quiz and the certificate are free. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no paid tier hiding the content.
Does my child need an account?
No. You can start straight away in guest mode and progress is saved on the device. Creating a free parent account lets you add a profile per child and keeps their progress if you change phones.
Is the Arabic audio authentic?
Yes. Word and verse audio comes from real Qur’anic recitation datasets rather than synthetic speech, because Tajweed accuracy is not something to approximate. The English and Bengali narration used for instructions is kept separate from the Qur’anic audio.
How good are the Bengali translations?
Bengali is drafted with machine translation and then reviewed before release. Anything still awaiting review is flagged inside the app rather than presented as final.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Lessons and audio are bundled with the app. An internet connection is only needed to sync progress to a parent account.
Can more than one child use it?
Yes. Add a profile for each child from Parent Mode. Every learner keeps their own progress, stars, XP and daily streak, and you can switch between them in two taps.
What do you do with our data?
The minimum required to run the app: a parent email for sign-in, and a first name, age and avatar per child so progress saves against the right learner. No advertising, no tracking, no selling. The privacy policy sets out every field.
Which devices are supported?
Android 7.0 and above, which covers the overwhelming majority of active devices. An iOS version is planned.
